- Exceptional opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator or Lettings Negotiator to work within both sales and lettings in this busy office covering Esher and the surrounding area
- OTE £45,000 – £50,000 pa

Responsibilities as Sales & Lettings Negotiator will include:
- Day-to-day management of clients and enquiries
- Generating and conducting viewings on properties in the Esher area from very large family houses to exclusive apartments
- Negotiating and closing deals to ensure properties are successfully sold or let in line with the latest legislation
- Liaising with the lettings property management team when a let is agreed so that they can produce all tenancy documentation required
- Being a key part of a highly successful team with great career potential
- Ensuring clients receive the best estate agency service fully compliant with the latest property legislation
What we are looking for:
- Candidates should have estate agency experience as a Sales Negotiator or Lettings Negotiator
- A successful track record of selling and/or letting residential properties in a similar area
- Local knowledge of Esher and the surrounding areas would be an advantage but is not essential
- Someone who is motivated and keen to provide an exceptional customer journey from first contact through to successful property sale or letting
- Excellent communication skills and a great telephone manner
- A UK driving licence – please note you will need to use your own car for property visits – there is a good car allowance
