Typical Graduate/Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator Jobs:
Typically our trainee negotiators will work within a busy Lettings or Estate Agency office. You will need administration skills but much of the day will be spent on the telephone and out viewing properties with prospective buyers and tenants. Good communication skills are essential with the ability to negotiate, progress and close deals. You must be well presented and enjoy dealing with people – No two days are ever the same, this is a fast paced exciting environment.

All our trainee negotiator roles require you to drive and be flexible in working outside of standard office hours, due to the nature of the business some weekend working is generally required. It is essential that you live within a reasonable driving distance of the office unless the company has pool cars, in which case you should be within a short commute.
