This role is Monday to Friday 5 days a week but with a shorter work day totalling up to 25 hours/week.
Our client is an established and highly regarded property company. They are looking for an experienced property manager to manage a small, high quality portfolio of AST properties in Reigate.
- Salary up to £18.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday 5 days a week but with a shorter work day totalling up to 25 hours/week

As Property Manager responsibilities will include:
- Managing a high quality portfolio of residential properties for this company that is known for providing an exceptional and bespoke property management service
- Working closely with the Lettings team to ensure smooth transition of tenancies and renewals
- Advising landlords on the management of their properties
- Maintaining relationships with tenants
- Instructing contractors to make sure repairs and maintenance are carried out correctly
- Organising Gas/EPC/electrical inspections and renewal of certificates
- Ensuring all properties are compliant with current legislation
- Arrange for inventory reports to be made
- Notifying utility companies and local authorities of new tenancy details
As Property Manager you will need to:
- Have experience of managing a portfolio of AST residential properties
- Be keen to adhere to the highest industry and legal standards providing an outstanding property management service
- Ideally you will have ARLA Propertymark qualifications or equivalent
- Have excellent administrative skills and precise attention to detail
- Be accurate, numerate and with knowledge of Microsoft office packages
- Possess great communication skills both written and verbal
