The on target earnings of £30,000 in the first year comprise of a basic salary of £16,000 pa plus commission paid monthly with good earnings guaranteed initially until you are fully trained and generating commission. In addition there is a very good car allowance and a generous package of company benefits.

In subsequent years, as a fully trained Lettings Negotiator, earnings at this successful office will be substantially higher. Full professional training and career development is provided enabling ARLA Propertymark Qualifications.

Please note you must have a full clean UK driving licence. This is a Monday to Friday role with the requirement to work 1 in 3 Saturdays and only for half a day on the Saturday. Local knowledge of the Surbiton area would be an advantage.

Initially, you will be involved in the sourcing and marketing of potential properties to let and be out and about conducting viewings. After training, as a Lettings Negotiator you will also be negotiating offers and following the whole rental process through to ensure properties are successfully let, enjoying the satisfaction of happy landlords and tenants alongside the financial rewards of this role.

You will be representing the company meeting with clients and people seeking to rent the clients properties, hence, you must be of smart appearance, be well spoken and have pride in providing high levels of customer service. You must have a good standard of written English and strong numerical skills to ensure legal lettings documents are accurate.
