- Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30
- Driving licence required, pool cars are available for property visits and AGM meetings

In this interesting and varied role as a Block Property Manager you will be managing a high quality portfolio of residential blocks of apartments. Responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and managing property staff to ensure all repairs are undertaken correctly
- Liaison with tenants, clients and landlords – investigating and ensuring prompt and effective responses are given
- Preparation of annual budgets of anticipated expenditure for each property
- Building professional relationships with landlords in order to provide them with an exceptional level of service when assisting them in decision making
- Assisting with the planning and management of all maintenance and repair work and monitoring and control all regular maintenance contracts
- Maintenance and updating of the database
- Dealing with day to day correspondence with tenants
- Arrange and attend Annual General Meetings
- Meeting all legislative and statutory controls, best practice guidance issued by ARMA
You should:
- Have experience of working in a residential block property management environment
- Be aware of cladding issues – any experience of this would be an advantage but is not essential
- Display exceptional customer service skills and the desire to adhere to the highest industry standards providing an outstanding service
- Have IRPM membership or be keen to acquire IRPM qualifications as required with the company’s help and full support
- Have excellent administrative and numerical skills and precise attention to detail
- Be keen to work as part of a team with a positive approach to problem solving
- Be accurate, numerate and with good knowledge of Microsoft office packages
- Have strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner
