The salary offered will be £25,000 pa plus a very good package of company benefits. Full ARLA training is provided and professional qualifications encouraged ensuring the whole department is up to date with the latest lettings legislation. This role is Monday to Friday 08:45 – 18:00
In this exciting and varied role as Lettings Administrator you will be responsible for the lettings administration assisting the Lettings Manager and the lettings team. This busy and well established office lets very high quality residential properties in the surrounding sought after areas. As a key part of the lettings team you will be involved in a wide variety of office based administration tasks with full support from the company’s property management team.
You will need good communication skills, be well spoken and immaculately presented since you will be working within a busy and professional office. In addition you must have good organisational skills and be able to prioritise work load, work under your own initiative and have a keen eye for detail.
You must have excellent typing and written English language skills, including both grammar and spelling, good accurate numerical ability and strong IT skills. Importantly, you should have a great telephone manner and a positive approach.
