This is a great opportunity for someone with property management experience or from a lettings and estate agency background, either as an administrator or as a negotiator, for a career within property management.

In this exciting and varied role as Property Administrator you will be responsible for the administration on a high quality portfolio of residential properties in and around the Liphook area.

As a key part of the office team you will be involved in a wide variety of administration tasks with full support from the company’s Property Manager.

Please note this role is office based but candidates must have a UK driving licence and their own vehicle for occasional property visits. Some Saturday working will be required on an office rota basis but a day off will be given in lieu when a Saturday is worked.

Responsibilities will include:

You will need good communication skills, be well spoken and well presented since you will be working within a busy and professional office contacting landlords, tenants and clients. In addition you must have good organisational skills and be able to prioritise work load, work under your own initiative and have a keen eye for detail.

You must have strong written English language skills, including both grammar and spelling, accurate numerical ability and good IT skills.

Importantly, you should have a great telephone manner a positive approach and be willing to be involved in all aspects of the teams work.
