- We are looking for someone ideally with lettings or property management experience to join this team managing high quality residential properties in London
- Salary £30,000 – £32,000 pa
- Monday – Friday

As Lettings Administrator you will:
- Process offers from applicants
- Create Tenancy Agreements and other documents
- Liaise with Landlords and Tenants to confirm all requirements of the offer have been fulfilled
- Manage keys for new move ins and liaise with inventory clerks for check-ins.
- Ensure that all tenancies are compliant and all documents are in place to move in and key release
- Maintain a report of all upcoming lettings business to present weekly to the Lettings team
- Be part of a professional lettings and property management team who manage a high quality portfolio of properties
You will need to:
- Have an understanding of the lettings process although full training will be given for this role as Lettings Administrator
- Have good administrative skills and precise attention to detail
- Be accurate, numerate and with good knowledge of Microsoft office packages
- Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Display exceptional customer service skills and the desire to adhere to the highest industry standards providing an outstanding service
