- This role is Monday – Friday and mainly office based
- Candidates must have experience of managing commercial properties
- You will need your own car for property visits when required – parking space provided by the office

- You will be managing a high quality portfolio of properties: Mainly small popular office blocks but also some retail and industrial units
- Developing and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants whilst delivering excellent customer service
- Proactively managing any repairs and maintenance to ensure the property is in prime condition
- Preparing and reviewing service charge budgets
- Setting up management systems for properties
- Management of lease event dates
- Organising safety and property inspections
- Ensuring all properties are compliant with current legislation adhering to RICS guidance
- Dealing promptly with all communications from landlords, tenants & contractors
- Managing contractors
- Advising and guiding landlords on the asset management of their properties
You should have:
- Experience managing a portfolio of commercial properties: office, retail or industrial units
- Knowledge of RICS service charge best practice and guidance
- Lease management experience
- Health and safety awareness
- UK driving licence and use of your own car when required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The desire to provide the outstanding customer service that this company prides itself on
- Good problem solving skills to deal with the wide variety of issues on properties that arise
- A positive approach and be highly motivated to work as a key part of this busy team
- Sound numerical and IT skills to include MS Word and Excel
