- We are looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to manage the administration of a portfolio of high quality properties in the local area that are owned by the company
- Salary up to £38,000 pa dependent upon experience
- Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm with the potential to work from home some days
- Excellent lettings administration skills are needed
- You should have a good knowledge of lettings legislation – the company offers funding for ARLA/propertymark professional qualifications if not already obtained

As Lettings Administrator you will be responsible for the lettings and property management administration of a high quality portfolio of AST residential properties owned by the company.
Working closely with the Directors and Portfolio Manager responsibilities will include:
- Progress deals on new lettings from acceptance of offer to the tenancy commencement date
- Confirm renewal terms with tenants ensuring all renewal documentation and legal requirements are met
- Draft and prepare Tenancy Agreements
- Instruct inventory check in and check outs
- Managing deposits held with the DPS
- Liaising with tenants, lettings agencies and contractors
- Ensure all relevant letting checks have been carried out and that up to date certification is in place relating to Energy Performance, Gas, Electricity and Fire Safety
- Dealing with contractors working on maintenance and refurbishments within the portfolio
As Lettings Administrator you will need:
- Good experience of lettings administration and tenancy renewals
- Knowledge of UK residential lettings legislation
- Excellent administrative skills and precise attention to detail
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Exceptional customer service skills and the desire to adhere to the highest industry standards providing an outstanding service
- Good IT skills with experience of Microsoft office packages
