As Property Administrator full training will be given and you will be working within a small friendly team providing inventory services to high quality lettings agents, landlords and their clients. This busy team prides themselves on providing a professional and efficient inventory service of the highest standard. Office hours are 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

For this role we are looking for someone with property administration experience ideally with property management experience. Candidates must have very good English skills and attention to detail since you will be proof reading and responsible for the quality control of condition reports

Responsibilities will also include:

– Analysing content and accuracy of reports
– Comparing condition of property at Check In and Check Out and assigning liability to landlord or tenant
– Investigating discrepancies in reports
– Liaising with Landlords, tenants and estate agents to resolve any queries
– Coordinate feedback to property inspectors

Full training will be provided by this ARLA member company to ensure the best possible property service is provided at all times conforming with the latest residential property legislation.

You must have excellent communication and administrative skills, with a great telephone manner, strong organisational skills and the desire to provide the outstanding customer service that this company prides itself on.

Importantly you should be positive and highly motivated to work as a key part of this busy team

Good written communication skills as well as sound numerical and IT skills are required to include MS Word and Excel
