We are seeking an Office Administrator, £24,000 pa, with experience of either sales or lettings administration to join this friendly, highly regarded and long established team in Richmond upon Thames. This role is Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.

Candidates must have excellent administrative skills with either property sales, lettings or property management administration experience. You must have good typing and written English language skills, including both grammar and spelling, good numerical ability and strong IT skills. Importantly, you should have a great telephone manner and a positive approach.

In this exciting front of house role you will be involved in a wide variety of tasks to include:

Greeting and registering applicants both in person and on the phone

Booking appointments

Creating and entering property details onto the website, portals and database

Marketing and advertising of properties

Creating letters and other important documents

Assisting with sales progression contacting solicitors and other property professionals when required

Assisting the Lettings Director and his team with administration to ensure properties are successfully let

Ensuring the office administration runs smoothly and effectively

You will need good communication skills, be well spoken and immaculately presented since you will be dealing with clients, landlords and candidates. In addition you must have good organisational skills and be able to prioritise work load, work under your own initiative and have a keen eye for detail.
