As Property Management Administrator and a vital part of this long established and professional team you will have a wide variety of tasks from accounts and property management administration through to visiting the very high quality local properties managed by this long established estate and lettings agency.

Please note you must have a drivers licence and your own vehicle

Responsibilities include:

Making preparations for the start of a tenancy and producing tenancy agreements

Assisting the property manager and organising repair works with contractors

Ensuring that landlords comply with current legislation e.g arranging gas certificates

Raising and paying invoices

Checking bank statements and assisting in the preparation of landlord statements

Dealing with general tenancy related queries

Occasional property visits for the property management department

In this role you will be kept fully updated with lettings  and property management training to include attending the latest ARLA industry meetings.

You should have excellent typing and written communication skills as well as sound numerical and IT skills. Candidates must have a great telephone manner, a positive approach, be well presented and well spoken since you will be communicating with landlords, tenants and contractors. You must have good organisational skills and be able to prioritise work load, work under own initiative and have a keen eye for detail.
