The on target earnings of £25,000+ in the first year comprise of a basic salary of £14,500 pa plus monthly commission. In addition there is a very good car allowance. Full training will be provided with the opportunity to take professional NAEA/NFoPP property qualifications. Earnings in subsequent years as a fully trained negotiator will be substantially higher at this company that offers an exceptional long term career pathway.

For this role you must live within easy driving distance of Guildford and have a UK driving licence and your own car. Please note that you will be required to work some Saturdays.

We are seeking a graduate or someone educated to A level standard with good sales or customer services experience who has a keen interest in the property market. For example, previous successful applicants have had good experience of retail sales at leading stores or customer services within the airline industry.

As a Trainee Estate Agent Sales Negotiator in this varied and exciting role you will learn the full sales process. Initially, you will be involved in the sourcing and marketing of potential properties to sell and be out and about conducting viewings. After training, as Sales Negotiator you will also be negotiating offers and securing the successful sale of properties, enjoying the satisfaction and substantial rewards of this role.

You will be representing the company meeting with clients and people seeking to buy the clients properties, hence, you must have immaculate presentation, be well spoken and have pride in providing high levels of customer service.

You should enjoy sales and have good communication skills including a confident and polite telephone manner since you will be dealing with the companies clients, candidates and professionals, such as solicitors. Applicants must have good numerical and literacy skills.

Ideally you will have good local knowledge of the area.
