As Client Relations & Operations Manager you will be:

For this role we are looking for someone with good experience of the property management, inventories and the lettings industry, however, you are not expected to have full knowledge of all aspects of this role – training will be provided where necessary by this ARLA member company.

You must be keen to work within a friendly team providing inventory services to high quality lettings agents, landlords and their clients. This busy team prides themselves on providing a professional and efficient inventory service of the highest standard.

Candidates must have very good English skills and attention to detail since you will be responsible for the quality control team who proof read condition reports.

You must have excellent communication and administrative skills, with a great telephone manner, strong organisational skills and the desire to provide the outstanding customer service that this company prides itself on. IT skills are required to include MS Word and Excel
