On target earnings will be £25-30,000 pa, in the first year whilst you are training, consisting of a basic salary of £16,000 pa plus secure monthly office commission. This role would suit a graduate or someone educated to a good A level standard with property, sales or customer services experience who has a keen interest in the property market. The successful candidate must be eager to expand their property knowledge and train for property industry qualifications with guidance and support from this company, that adheres to the highest standards within the lettings industry.
As Trainee Lettings Negotiator in this varied and exciting role you will learn the full lettings process from initially registering applicants and being out and about conducting viewings through to eventually negotiating offers between applicants and landlords. You will be fully trained to ensure all properties are successfully let and compliant to the latest legal requirements.
You should have drive and enthusiasm and be confident to deal with high quality residential property and high profile clients. It is essential that you are well spoken, have immaculate presentation and possess good communication skills, including an excellent telephone manner.
Please note this a Monday to Friday role with no driving licence required. Due to the central location of the office many properties are within easy walking distance of the office.
This well established office lets and manages many of the surrounding new residential developments and older properties. The client base is comprised of corporate and private individuals, hence, it is essential that you are confident, well spoken, have immaculate presentation and possess excellent communication skills when dealing with clients and candidates.
